50 years of growth

CONGRATULATIONS TO the entire Hillel Academy community, past and present, on the very successful first 50 years of growth, expansion, and contribution to the development of Jamaica.

It has been my privilege to join the school during the 50th anniversary celebrations, and as a result I have an even greater appreciation of the history of this unique institution.

We are driven, every day, by our motto ‘Learning for Living’. The curriculum offered at Hillel Academy not only provides a sound academic foundation, but also the opportunity for our students to explore, problem-solve, and collaborate. We work with every child on social and emotional growth and development to ultimately guide that child, not only to be a good student but a good person. Our Hillel family is committed to producing well-rounded students who are able to achieve their individual academic potential in a diverse and inclusive community.

As we approach the end of this anniversary year, we now turn our attention to the future and focus on enabling our students to attain their full potential. Doing so will ultimately be to the benefit of Jamaica and the region in years to come.
