About the RJRGLEANER Honour Awards

-

Winners are fêted at two awards functions each, a category luncheon and the gala awards dinner, providing at least two opportunities for them to interact with the organisers and selection committee as well as invite persons who have contributed to their success.

This year, the gala event was held at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel on

Friday, February 29. It was an exciting night for the organisers, recipients and guests as there are two new elements in the programme for the 2019 awards.

• Launch of the Quiet Hero programme.

• Tribute to Ernie Ranglin – the Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

• The first time that a community

(August Town) is receiving an award.
