The JCF forever grateful for your generosity

-

THE JAMAICA Constabulary Force (JCF) regrets the passing of Greta Bogues, the interim chief executive officer of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) and extends our sympathies to her family, friends and co-workers.

Ms Bogues’ commitment to people development, and especially the empowerment of youths, was particularly valued by the constabulary. She spearheaded a number of key initiatives and forged partnerships with a number of critical stakeholders who came together to support the police in impacting the lives of a number of inner-city youths and their families.

Her collaboration, personal input, investment and extraordinary passion for the well-being of others could be best described as ‘unselfish’. Ms Bogues’ generosity will be forever etched in the memories of the JCF, the scores of lives she touched, especially those in some underresourced communities across the island. Most notable are those within the St Andrew South and in St Elizabeth divisions. We also appreciated her work with us during the recent PSOJ COVID-19 food and personal-care response initiative. We are grateful for the partnership and interactions.

Her distinguished contributions to nation-building will never be forgotten and her legacy will live on in the lives of those she empowered and touched during her time with us.

Rest in peace, Greta Bogues. Jamaica Constabulary Force
