• Arts and Culture (Special Award) – The Watt Town Revival Group: For its profound cultural significance, historical preservation, and community enrichment, exemplified by its iconic pilgrimage rituals which foster heritage preservation and social inclusion.
• Business – Cari-Med Group: For its increasingly significant economic and social impact on Jamaican since its founding in 1986, expanding and in 2023 consolidating its operations while demonstrating strong corporate social responsibility.
• Business (Special Award) – FosRich Company Limited: For its exemplary performance in growing its offerings to the electrical industry through partnerships with international companies, and investing in manufacturing of PVC conduits for local and overseas markets
• Education – Institute for Workforce Education and Development (IWED): For its pivotal role in workforce development, providing technical and vocational accreditation programmes for national development, facilitating greater inclusion of Jamaicans in the workforce.
• Education (Special Award) – Prospect College: For its distinguished emphasis on academic excellence, character development, and career readiness, evidenced by exemplary student achievements and impactful contributions to Jamaica’s workforce.
• Health and Wellness – The National Health Fund: For efficiently, professionally and with superior customer service, providing affordable medications and healthcare access to increasing numbers of Jamaicans directly and through healthcare facilities, significantly improving their well-being and quality of life.
• Public Service – The Hon Mr Justice (Ret’d) Seymour Panton OJ, CD: For his distinguished career spanning the Jamaican Court of Appeal, the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, and the Integrity Commission, showcasing unwavering dedication to ethical governance.
• Science and Technology – Universal Service Fund (USF): For its significant contributions in bridging the digital divide in rural communities, providing free broadband service, establishing public Wi-Fi sites, and offering technology advancement programmes like the Technology Advancement Programme (TAP) coding course.
• Science and Technology (Special Award) – Professor Marcia Roye, PhD: For her outstanding contributions in molecular virology research producing disease-reducing solutions for local agriculture crops, including cabbage; fostering international collaborations; and mentoring numerous students.
• Sport – Sunshine Girls Team: For securing a bronze medal at the 2023 Netball World Cup in South Africa, subsequently ending Jamaica’s 16-year World Cup medal drought.
• Sport (Special Award) – Reggae Girls Team: For its historical advancement to the knockout stage at the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, becoming the first Caribbean men’s or women’s team to achieve this feat.
• Voluntary Service – Mustard Seed Communities: For the duration and depth of its dedication to assisting hundreds of society’s most vulnerable, including impoverished families, teenaged mothers, HIV victims, and people living with disabilities.
• Entertainment (Lifetime Award) – Ken Boothe, OD: For his impressive repertoire of timeless, high-demand (musical pieces and captivating dance acts that highlight his entertainment genius and underscore his indispensability in the tapestry of Jamaica’s creative industry.
• RG PLATINUM AWARD – The Hon Mr Justice (Ret’d) Seymour Panton OJ. CD: For his example as a fearless, incisive, committed Jamaican public servant whose work has impacted local and international legal affairs.
