Fashion Frenzy @WTF MOUND RAVE

-

Last Sunday evening at Sabina Park was like none other, as schools of patrons showed up for the latest edition in the WTF party series. The latest edition was dubbed WTF Mound Rave: Ruption and Tifa Birthday Edition.

It definitely lived up to expectations as the music selections, turnout and fashion were good. By 7 p.m, the entrance at Sabina Park was filled with patrons. The atmosphere was relatively lively as DJ Nicco, DJ Karyzma, Chromatic, ZJ Chrome and Youngest Baddest entertained the crowd with musical selections.

In another hour, it was a different story, however, as a number of gun-slinging songs had partygoers dancing and ‘bussing blanks’ continuously.

They raved to songs such as Vybz Kartel and Javinchi’s Weh Dem a Do, Mavado’s Nuh Bleach Wid Cream and We Siiiiick by Aidonia and Suhverto.

As the night went on, the vibes of the party escalated and by 10:30 high energy could be felt throughout the venue.

All around, men could be seen grasping their female counterparts as they gyrated to the likes of Vybz Kartel’s Wine Up Yuh Body, Konshens’ Siddung, Vegas’ Bruk It Dung, Busy Signal’s Wine Pon di Edge.

The highlight of the night, however, was when the famous blow-doll Dutty Pam, who had been blowing up social media sites such as Instagram, made her grand entrance at 11 p.m.

The blow-up doll was flocked by men and women alike, who just could not keep their hands off her. They lined up in their numbers to take pictures with the doll as well as to party and dance with her.

Minutes to midnight, the party was still in full swing with patrons flocking the bars and dancing with partners.
