Stephen Dajure ready for Christmas Extravaganza

-

Reggae artiste and activist for social justice Stephen Dajure is ready to make his mark at the GT Taylor Christmas Extravaganza on December 25.

The artiste who recently released the album I Am Not A Criminal said that he was thrilled the veteran music man “give me an opportunity to embark on this mission to share positivity and Jah message.”

“I give thanks for my team who has been a strong support system, I will do my best to enlighten the people with the spirit Jah has invested in me through my music,” he said.

The show is known for bringing out some of the biggest reggae/dancehall acts for over 15 years and serves as a foundation event for good music and good performances.

The show, which is set to take place at the Luana Sports Complex in Black River, St Elizabeth, will feature main acts such as Sanchez, Sizzla, Beenie Man, Coco T, Admiral Tibet, Half Pint, Professor Nuts and D’Angel.

“It is a humbling feeling to be gracing the same stage as these reggae icons. This experience will definitely prepare me for what is to come. With the help of Jah, my supporters, my team ... major things will happen,” he said.

The official video for his single I Am Not A Criminal is now on his VEVO page.

“The video is finally out and it has been getting good reviews from the massive thus far and I encourage those who have not seen it to watch it and heed to the message being taught. Too often we are judged based on our physical appearance, this video rises against all the odds,” said Stephen.
