I don’t think he loves me

-

Dear Pastor, I am 20 and I have a boyfriend. I really love him, but I don’t know if he loves me. Before we got involved, he told me that he was dating other girls. Still, I pursued a relationship with him.

We had sex, and I hated the experience because there was no kissing involved.

I asked if he was afraid to engage in French kissing. He told me that he hate kissing and that he had to be in the mood to do so.

After he told me that, I lost interest in him. I know he is having sex with someone else.

I am prepared to leave him, but I do not want to as I know we can work it out. I see room for improvement.

D.G. Dear D.G., This man is involved with you and dating other girls with whom he has sexual relations.

It does not matter to him that you have lost interest in him because his needs are being met elsewhere.

You claim to be in a relationship with this man, but clearly, you are not. The relationship is one-sided, and it won’t matter to him if you break up with him.

You need to decide whether you will continue to be in such a situation. Why have you pursued him? You are 20.

You are old enough to understand that you should not allow anyone to use you. That is exactly what this man is doing.

Pastor.
