Still in love with my cheating ex-boyfriend

-

Dear Pastor, This is the first time I am writing to you. I always enjoy reading your column. I am 19 years old. I am still in love with my ex-boyfriend because he was the only guy I have ever been with. We went to school together, but he was in a higher grade than me. After he left school, he got a job. He was so kind to me. He gave me anything I wanted. He made me happy.

Two days after I graduated, I went to visit him, and he insisted that I should stay with him. I had a problem at my house at that time, so I stayed with him. After being at his house, he started to change. He got into an affair, and I forgave Dear L.S., I am not very sure whether you are living at the same house or at the same yard, but in a different house. You say that this man comes into your room when his girlfriend is not around. If you are staying at the same house in which this man and his girlfriend live, you should try and find another place to live because this man will never stop harassing you for sex. And you would find it difficult not to yield because you love him dearly.

The relationship is not healthy, him. He got one of my friends pregnant. She wasn’t a close friend, but we talked a lot. He told me it was a mistake and he was sorry. I hate him for what he has done. But, I still love him. I don’t know what to do, pastor. When his girlfriend is not around, he comes into my room insisting that I should have sex with him, and he keeps telling me how much he’s sorry. I need your advice. We live at the same place, and we see each other every day. His girlfriend is living with him, too. L.S.
