Boyfriend left me because people heard he ‘eats’

-

Dear Pastor,

I have been going through depression with my boyfriend lately. He broke up with me for something that I did to him in the past.

When I was around 13, he performed oral sex on me to prove his love for me. I enjoyed it, but I told a guy who I thought I could trust as my only male friend about it.

A few weeks after I told him, he told

Dear Q,

Evidently, this man felt embarrassed to know that you told a male friend what both of you did in bed. Perhaps you are not aware that guys like to tease other men if it’s known that they practise oral sex.

There was a time when men said they would not ‘bend down’; of course, I am aware that has changed. Now, men are engaging some of his friends and they began to spread it in my community.

My boyfriend was ashamed of me but he continued to do it before he broke up with me. I was tired of lying about the situation, so I spoke the truth about it all. I am now 17.

My ex will be 20 next year. I love him with all my heart and he loved me, too, but he got fed up of me.

Pastor, can you please assist me with

in that freely and speak about it openly.

In fact, some women insist that their men have oral sex with them. And if the men protest, they go to men who would do so.

Some of the very men who might have mocked your ex-boyfriend commonly indulge in the practice.

Young girl, you have to learn that there are things that you might have done with your man that should remain private. getting him back? He’s very stubborn and he’ll never listen to me. Although I have been apologising for that incident for years now, it’s very obvious that he broke up with me for what I did in the past and for talking the truth.

I miss him and I need him back because he means the world to me. Pastor, please help me.

Q

However, if talking about oral sex to others is something both of you practised, he probably should forgive you for divulging that.

I do feel that much more is involved in his ending the relationship with you. Perhaps you should consider asking him if he would agree for both of you to have sessions with a family counsellor.

Pastor
