Having come from a family with a rich musical background, the decision to venture into music for Jaheim Cox was one that was already set in stone.

The buzzing new artiste, who goes by the moniker JayBlem, has his eyes set on achieving more gold plaques as a musician than he did as a track star during his time at Kingston College.

In a bid to achieve that, he released his first EP on July 31, courtesy of BlemBoss Music and

JB Production. The 11-track EP is titled Most Reputable.

JayBlem shared, “I specifically put together a discography of singles that appeal to every kind of demographic. I have songs for my ladies, for the gangsters and music that will definitely motivate you to make money.”

“With the EP being so relatable, I know it’s sure to make an impression both locally and internationally, and I can say this because (the singles) Pop It Off and Account are already released and racking up thousands of streams. The official videos for both songs are out and so far the reception has been positive, and with those singles building a steady momentum, the EP will definitely be impactful,” he added. JayBlem also hinted that he and his team are putting the final touches on his Fully Blem mixtape.
