Marcue upbeat about new single

- Marcue CONTRIBUTED

Recording artiste Marcue is upbeat about the high-energy dance track titled Looked Away.

“This song has a chill vibe while (but) at the same time, it makes you want to dance,” he said. The song was complemented by an official dance video, visualiser and lyric video. Amassing over 30,000 views cumulatively so far, the track has been well received.

“I’m really excited about this track because it definitely has an international appeal and I believe it has the potential to reach far,” he said.

Coming from a musical background, Marcue was always destined for greatness, even if he didn’t pursue the art immediately. He spent a few years as a cobbler before starting his musical journey.

Straying from the norm, his musical styles, while are inspired by dancehall and reggae, could be described as genre-fluid. Currently working closely with 10Cube Production, Marcue has more projects in store to be released within the coming months.

“It’s been a whirlwind three months with 10Cube and, to see my music moving into the mainstream … I have very few words to describe the positive energy around my music right now, but it’s been great seeing it evolve,” he said.
