Was upset that my husband gave me a sex toy but ...

Dear Pastor,

My husband bought me a sex toy and I felt insulted when he gave it to me. He carefully wrapped it in gift paper and told me that he was sure that the toy would help me while he is away.

He was leaving the island for six weeks and he told me that the toy would be my best friend. I was angry with him, and when I realise what it was, I throw it to the ground and he did not take it up. He said I was stupid not to appreciate it, and that his motives were pure.

The morning after he left for for the United States of America, I told a friend what my husband gave me and she said that he is a good man. She said what he did is what a good man does because he thinks about the needs of his partner, and if I don’t want it, I should let her have it.

I have been using the toy and I am happy for it. I want to tell all women that when their husbands are away, a sex toy is the best instrument to have.

Dear Writer,

I refuse to comment on what you have said. You know now by experience that the toy was a good gift. Some people would appreciate it and some will not. You have come to appreciate it and that is all I have to say.
