Man held with gun in church

ASt Ann man was arrested on Monday after he was allegedly found with an illegal gun while worshipping in a church.

According to the police, Alex Brown, 26, a labourer of Garden Tenant Road, was among a congregration when lawmen visited the location and conducted a search. One homemade firearm containing one 12- gauge cartridge was taken from a bag he had in his possession. He was arrested and charged with illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
