“With th the reopening off th the enter ta in mentt ti sector we saw it necessary to stage this festival, which is well needed, as the spin-off will be great for everyone operating business in the area. “It is a two-day event which seeks to attract an audience from varied countries across the world, who will be invited to prepare their best native cuisine on that day. And of course, day two, which will be Sunday July 10, will see activities for the festival itself, including a variety of specially prepared jerked meals – fish, vegetable, and other array of food – along with a stage show. It is a community event, and the entire area will be transformed,” Bell said.
