With the Jamaica Athletic Invitation­al set for the National Stadium on Saturday, internatio­nal athletes are spending their time on the island having fun under the Caribbean sun! STAR Sports got their reactions to what they want to do or have been doing while on the island.

This might sound weird, but I want to go to the river and fish. I’ve heard about the rivers so I’m actually staying a few days after, so I’m heading out to the mountains and seeing what the mountains have to offer to be honest.

For me, I would say it’s just trying different food, trying some good food, because you go to a lot of the Diamond League meets around the world and like, the food is usually not up to par, but since I’ve been here, everything has been good, so I’m just trying the restaurant­s.
