Fifth International Astana Keshteri Arts Festival

The Astana Keshteri Festival is a charitable project and tickets for all the concerts are distributed free of charge. The event is organised by the Degdar Humanitarian Foundation.

Artists performing at the festival include soloists from the Bolshoi Theatre, Vasily Ladyuk and Anna Aglatova; the Belarusian opera singer, Nadezhda Kucher, and one of the best tenor singers in Kazakhstan, Medet Chotabayev. The Azerbaijani band, Jangi, and the Kazakhstani group, The Magic of Nomads, will take part in an ethno jazz concert.

When & Where: 1st, 3rd and 5th June at the Astana Opera Theatre; 6th June at the Organ Hall of KazNUI (Kazakh National University of Arts); 7th June at the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation, Astana.
