Promenade

Take an early evening stroll along the waterfront. The Boulevard was laid out in 1909 and is lined with the historic mansions of the city’s oil barons. Fountains set to music, carousels with galloping horses and boats sailing out to sea provide added visual interest, and the people watching here is second to none.
