A new ski Run for 007
Alpine ski resorts have often been film sets for the 007 films. In January 1997, the French ski resort of Peyragudes in the Pyrenees became the set for Tomorrow Never Dies. The resort has decided to dedicate the current ski season to the 20th anniversary of this event. A new run, 2.8 kilometres long and named 007, has been opened, along with other ski runs and picturesque walks in the Balestas area. The activities include open-air screenings of the film, competitions with the slogan ‘I Ski Like James Bond’ and themed menus in local restaurants.
