Aspara Fashion Week

The international Aspara Fashion Week will take place in Taraz, one of the oldest cities in Kazakhstan. Its history makes it a good choice for this event, as it was once the largest of the Great Silk Road cities on the steppe, making it a medieval fashion parade of people from all over the world. Kazakhstani designer Aidarkhan Kaliyev has decided to revive this tradition, and Taraz is looking forward to welcoming visitors from countries including Italy, India, China and the Netherlands.
