One of my favourite cities is Panaji, the capital of the Indian
State of Goa. You will see little bits and pieces of Portugal at every step, in the architecture, food and even the local residents. I think their features are quite European. I adore walking in Panaji, taking photographs in the main market and back alleys. Every photograph taken here is filled with the bright and cheerful colours you can only find in India. It is as if time has stopped in this city. I have been coming here for three years in a row and each time I always forget that a year has passed since my last visit. Goa, with its capital Panaji, is a country within a country, as so much of this indigenous city looks unlike the rest of India.
