GETTING THERE

Flyarystan flies to the new Hazret Sultan International airport of Turkistan daily from Nur-sultan, 4 times a week from Almaty, and 3 times a week from both Atyrau and Istanbul. Air Astana also operates daily direct flights from Almaty and Nur-sultan to nearby Shymkent. From Shymkent, the city of Turkistan can be reached by train.
