CULTURE CURATION
CEO Bhavna Patel’s Leadership Development Programme is based around three core verticals:
LEADING – The programme was designed for the leaders to get to know and understand themselves, others, and their teams.
INNOVATIVE – The programme helped with implementation and management of improvement initiatives that have been integrated into managers’ daily activities, in the broader context of leading their area of responsibility at Groote Schuur Hospital. Improvements were managed using a system that allowed for the results to become part of the normal activities of the area.
HEALTHCARE – This relates to an outcome measuring the improvement of delivering quality healthcare to the patients through improved leadership, better team functioning and creating a culture of ongoing continuous improvements.
