Oxford Parks extends the vibrant, pedestrian environment of Rosebank along the Oxford Road corridor, linking it to the emerging retail and office node of Illovo. Situated between Cradock Avenue and Oxford Road, it will create a major mixed-use town centre in the emerging multipolar structure that characterises Johannesburg. In addition to the urban design framework, dhk designed commercial buildings 203 Oxford and 6 Parks Boulevard which are currently under construction.
