STABIFIX has stood for decades as the method of choice to make beer brilliant and stable. We invented protein stabilisation with silica gels and have been perfecting it ever since. When targeting long term clarity, brewers want to avoid one-sided excessive treatments. The aim is a well balanced stabilisation process which protects valuable beer components while removing critical fractions as is necessary. Therefore, we developed STABICLEAR PVPP to adsorb hazereactive polyphenols. It is optimised for a combined application with STABIFIX and STABIQUICK silica gels which ensure best possible results.
Contrary to other soluble or partly soluble stabilisers, STABIFIX products are fully removable. And with no chemical reactions taking place, one can be sure, that neither additives nor chemical reaction products are left behind in the beer that could be adsorbed by customers.
