AMREF Flying Doctors has invested in six state of the art IsoArk N36 Portable Isolation Chambers for transfer of patients with highly contagious diseases including COVID-19.

The Portable Isolation Chambers prevent crosscontamination between the patient and the external environment and is the only way to provide safe transport of a patient infected with COVID-19 virus or any other highly contagious virus.

COMPLIANCE

The Portable Isolation Chambers meet all important requirements including the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Ministry of Health (Government of Kenya) regulations for protection against the risks of crosscontamination.

TRAINED CREW

AMREF Flying Doctors is in better position to respond to the increasing possibility of the transfer of COVID-19 positive patients by Air and Ground ambulance within the Eastern Africa region and internationally.

COMPATIBLE TO AMBULANCES

The Isolation units can be used for patient transport on any of our fully-owned and dedicated Air and Ground Ambulances - allowing patient evacuations locally and internationally.
