Jim Tozer: “We recognise our staff as our most important asset and ensure consistent training at all levels on both technical knowledge and personal development. We look to promote wherever possible from within and carry out bi-annual staff engagement surveys; feedback that informs myself and management how the staff feel about working within Kenchic and ask questions or raise issues if necessary.
