Two face charges over possession of Sh3m ivory
Two suspects were yesterday arraigned at the Makindu law courts and charged with possession of ivory worth Sh3.2 million. David Mutua and Wambua Muia were arrested in Emali by Kenya Wildlife Service officers who had posed as ivory merchants. They denied the charge and were remanded until next Tuesday when the court will rule on whether not to free them on bond.
