Election can’t be legal if there were ungazetted centres

In their submissions to the Supreme Court, NASA principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka, who are the petitioners in the case, argued that the IEBCconducted a shambolic election marred by massive irregularities and rigging, in violation of the Constitution. They said the IEBC used ungazetted and undesignated polling stations and presiding officers in areas considered Jubilee strongholds, who in turn submitted invalid returns in favour of President Uhuru Kenyatta. How then can the election of governors, senators, MP, woman reps and MCAs be legal?
