Tribute to late coastguards
President Moon Jae-in l ays flowers on memorial monuments for the late inspector Oh Jin-seok and late sergeant Lee Cheong-ho, who were killed by Chinese fishermen in 2015 and 2011, respectively, while cracking down on illegal fishing, in Incheon, Wednesday, which was Coast Guard Day. Moon made the Korea Coast Guard, which had been under the public safety and security ministry, an independent body.
