No fine dust!
A clear blue sky is seen near Gyeongbok Palace in Seoul, Wednesday. The rare sight came after an increased amount of fine dust that blanketed the country over the past few weeks. The Korea Meteorological Administration said PM 2.5 (particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers or less) levels remained normal.
