The story of Coreanos Kitchen started back in 2010 with a food truck in Austin, Texas. It didn’t take long for Coreanos to become the epitome of Mexican fusion with their innovative lineup of Korean-inspired Tex-Mex cooking. After four years, they jumped over the Pacific and opened in Korea. Today, Coreanos Kitchen boasts an outstanding two-story restaurant with a scenic balcony terrace on the upper alley of Itaewon opposite Nokysapyeong Station exit 3. Coreanos serves a tasty lineup of appetizers, salads, tacos, quesadillas, burritos and rice bowls, all with a Korean twist.

The Three Wise Fries is a legendary starter with an explosion of flavor. The Coreanos rendition on loaded fries starts with a foundation of crispy potato fries, then gets piled high with a trio of meats: juicy chicken, savory galbi (marinated short ribs) and tender pork. To complete the fiesta of flavors, a drizzle of three different hot sauces adds a kick, while chopped onions and fresh cilantro offer a welcome burst of freshness and a balancing touch. It’s a symphony of textures and tastes, sure to get you started right.

Pick your protein — Coreanos Kitchen offers a delightful adventure for taco enthusiasts. They serve carne asada, galbi, shrimp, steak, pork belly, al pastor and even mushroom vegetarian tacos. The Carne Asada Tacos are the most popular: tender slices of beef, marinated in tangy limes and grilled to perfection, leaving them juicy and bursting with citrusy zest.

Coreanos serves burritos to satisfy every craving, from classic flavors to vegetarian options. Each burrito is layered with fresh pico de gallo, adding a vibrant salsa kick, and the perfect amount of lime rice to soak up all the delicious flavors. You can’t go wrong with their lineup of burritos, they are a handheld feast of textures and taste, making them a perfect choice for a satisfying meal on the go. The popular Chicken Rice Burrito is a surefire crowd-pleaser favored for its combination of juicy chicken, refreshing salsa, fluffy rice and signature sauces.

Coreanos Kitchen isn’t just about the food — it’s an experience. Whether you’re a Tex-Mex aficionado or a curious first-timer, Coreanos Kitchen is the perfect place to embark on a delicious journey of fusion cuisines.

Coreanos Kitchen is open from noon to 9:30 p.m. daily. If you’re in the greater Yongsan area, you can skip the queue, pay online and place pickup or delivery orders using the Shuttle app or shuttledelivery.co.kr.
