Workers demands to be studied
KUWAIT CITY, Dec 24: Vice chairperson of Labor Union in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Yahya Al-Dousari says the union next Thursday will meet the sector minister Thikra Al-Rasheedi to study the workers’ demands, reports Al-Seyassah daily. wished speedy recuperation for Baroness Thatcher.

Exhibition opened:
The Community Development Center in Yarmouk inaugurated on Monday the first annual exhibition of the Productive Families with Disabilities under the title “We are creative” and will continue until December 27.
Head of programs and activities in the center Kholoud Al-Dossari said in a press statement that the exhibition aims to “highlight the capabilities of our sons and daughters to be creative if they are given the opportunity of training and rehabilitation.” She added that more than 25 schools and non-profit associations are taking part in this exhibition,
In a press release, Al-Dousari noted a meeting of the concerned committee for workers demand will take place in the presence of sector undersecretary Hamad Al-Meadadi before meeting with the minister to resolve vital issues related to the ministry employees. as well as the families of the disabled, noting that the exhibition includes a range of products and handmade craft, as well as workshops that allow people with disability to show their talents. Iraq-Kuwait flight eyed:
Karim AlNouri, advisor to the Iraqi Minister of Transportation, has revealed the Iraqi Airlines is ready to sign agreement to restart the Baghdad-Kuwait flight route, reports Al-Kuwaitiah daily.
He indicated that competitive prices would be applied for the flights, disclosing that the return ticket may cost about KD 100.
He stressed Iraq is ready to sign the agreement immediately after settling the pending issues of Iraqi Airlines with Kuwait, saying he hoped such an agreement would ease the visa issues between the two countries.
