Drug addicts major threat to security

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 24: Kuwait in the past was transit for drug traffickin­g, but the country in recent times has turned to be a major consumer, reports Al-Rai daily quoting Acting Director General of Drug Control General Department Brigadier Saleh Al-Ghannam as saying.

Brigadier Al-Ghannam disclosed the phenomenon is dangerous in view of drastic attacks registered with drug enter the country, reports Al-Shahed daily.
