In the second game of the day, Marine Spa handed over a humiliating defeat to Q8 Boxes romping home with nearly two times the score of the losers, 92-57. Marine Spa was clearly streets ahead of Q8 Boxes, ruling the roost every moment to the final buzzer. The Spa scoring started with a 3-pointer by Jeffery.

Bert was brilliant for the Q8 Boxes, but found little support from his team members as they floundered in their search for baskets. Bert scored 21.

The first rounded ended 22-10. In the second round Spa added another 25 points, while Q8 managed 19 points. However, in the next two rounds that followed the Q8 basket was perpetually full as the team reeled under the onslaught of Marine Spa, who barely gave them a breathing space.

Mindweb trumped Inasal in the third game, 91-79. The first round closed 23- 16. Dirk was in control of the game from the get go for Mindweb bringing destruction into the opposition camp. He became the most prolific scorer of the game. He scored 30 points including three spectacular 3-pointers that stoked the gallery to life.

Shane Copper of Inasal Shooter was a treat to watch as he maneuvered the ball to the opposition basket, and collected unbelievable rebounds. He scored 18 points for his team.

In the All Star league, the game between East All Star and West All Star was score laden with both teams scoring heavily. This was the last game on Friday. East All Star won 104-99. The teams were evenly poised, and there was a hint that the scoring would cross 3 figure numbers in the opening round itself, which closed 45-38. East All Star managed to maintain a narrow lead through out the game. Shane Copper was the top scorer for East All Star.
