caught: The Hawalli police have arrested three juveniles for snatching handbags of female shoppers, reports Al-Rai daily.
A security source said several Kuwaiti women filed complaints with the Nugra Police Station when the suspects snatched their handbags while shopping in the area commercial complexes.
The arrest came when one of the suspects sold a stolen cell phone to an Egyptian man.
Following the arrest, the thief then gave the name of his two accomplices. During interrogation they admitted to committing nine thefts.
