Lakers to honor 3 men:

The three men who helped stop an attempted terror attack on a train in Europe will be honored by the Los Angeles Lakers this weekend in Los Angeles.

Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler will be introduced in an oncourt ceremony Sunday when the Lakers face Detroit. They also will meet with team president and co-owner Jeanie Buss.

Sadler was wearing a Lakers T-shirt when he and his two friends got involved in tackling a gunman with ties to radical Islam on a Paris-bound passenger train in August. Sadler’s mother has said his favorite player is Kobe Bryant. (AP)
