KUWAIT CITY, Dec 18, (KUNA): The United Nations’ cultural and educational agency, UNESCO, will launch an annual prize for creative Kuwaiti teachers as of 2016, Kuwait’s Minister of Education and Higher Education Bader Al-Essa said on Thursday.
