The Training Center of the Arab Open University (AOU) organized two training events, titled “How can convictions of geniuses and succeeders work for our favor?”, delivered by Saud Al-Farhan, NLP Practitioner at the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming. The first meeting held at the AOU-HQ and targeted its staff while the second one was organized in cooperation with Public Authority for Industry (PAI) for its staff.

Addressing several themes on skills development, Al-Farhan coached the participants on a number of topics such as: learning how to evaluate your convictions and change them, how human mind can generalize its convictions, the seven convictions of geniuses and succeeders and ways of their application, new methods of learning how to adopt behaviors and convictions of your ideal, and how to make your convictions an enjoyable experience instead of being a challenge.

Al-Farhan started the two events by saying “All studies proved that the way in which we perceive ourselves determines our intelligence, health, sociality, happiness and success.” He confirmed, “Convictions are a main roadmap in which we can see the world. They filter how we can see the world and from which corner we can see it,” pointing out, “At early age, convictions are often established through random situations and opinions of people around us whose points of view important, and through ideals, education and environment.”
