KFB holds 4th one-day tournament ‘CHRI-SMASH 2015’

Advance, Intermediate players showcase skills to get coveted spot

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: Kuwait Filipino Badminton 4th One- day tournament entitled “CHRI-SMASH 2015” was a huge success, as players from different Badminton Association flocked together to support the event.

All participants are in their full battle gear as the tournament kicked-off, showing their desire to win the title, powerful smashes and indestructible defense showed by the players are indeed a display of the art of badminton.

Most of the spectators were in awe as they watch the games.

Advance Open and Intermediate Open category players showcased their skills to get the most coveted spot, swooshing shuttle filled the cold air as both side tried so hard to return it back with their most defensive skills. Same goes with the impeccable spirits of sportsmanship displayed by Novice 1, 2 and 3 category players was commendable.

Advance Open Category: Champion -- Nanang Reska and Anto Santiko; Runner-up -- Bibin Mathew and Philip John.
