Gym Team to hold ‘Workout and Give Out’

Rahi, Filipino instructor­s gear up for charity event

KUWAIT CITY, March 26: The Gym Team, a non-profit fitness and exercise group announced its upcoming charity event dubbed “Discorobic­s” Workout with Retro 70’s on April 15, 2016 at the Failaka Hall of the Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait with 10 fitness instructor­s participat­ing in the event.

“It is definitely has something to do with children either here or back home in the Philippine­s. The event hopes to gather fans of the 70’s and 80’s music paired with workout routines, which surely will delight everyone and benefit from the sets dance exercises, ” disclosed Blanche Bravo, the Ambassador of Philippine Zumba to Kuwait.

Aside from Bravo, Lebanese Fitness mentor Helen Rahi, who has collaborat­ed with many of the projects of the group stated that this will be an exciting fitness event for a noble cause.
