Area 17 annual speech contest
Join us for the annual speech marathon where the humorous speeches will make you fall off your seat while International Speeches are sure to touch your heart with their emotional charge and meaningful message. Where the evaluators will set the stage on fire and the Table Topics session will transfer you to an ad hoc world.
What is Toastmasters International?
It is a non-profit educational organization that operates clubs worldwide for the purpose of helping members improve their communication, public speaking, and leadership skills.
The local clubs meet on a regular basis for members to practice various skills useful in public speaking, including giving speeches, speaking extemporaneously, listening, and providing each other with feedback and evaluation. Clubs meet monthly, twice a month, or weekly.
