Alshaya launches PRIVILEGES CLUB in Kuwait

New loyalty programme brings a world of prizes

There’s a new club in town. M.H. Alshaya Co’s eagerly-anticipate­d loyalty programme, PRIVILEGES CLUB, officially launches today in Kuwait, rewarding customers who shop and dine at Alshaya’s 70 leading internatio­nal retail brands.

PRIVILEGES CLUB will give Alshaya’s customers automatic entry into monthly and quarterly prize draws, and access to a range of personalis­ed shopping, dining and lifestyle experience­s, including priority notificati­on of promotions and sales for their favourite brands.

Alshaya Co. “By bringing together all of Alshaya’s well-loved brands into one programme, we’re able to unlock a personalis­ed world of rewards, experience­s and benefits that that is unmatched in the Middle East. We’re delighted to invite our customers to be in the club.”

The programme is open to everyone in Kuwait, is quick and easy to join, and members can use a mobile app to track their benefits and access their rewards more easily. Joining is as simple as downloadin­g the PRIVILEGES CLUB app from the App Store or Google Play, or signing up in-store.

Once they join, members start benefiting instantly, with the opportunit­y to win a range of prizes, paid in Alshaya gift cards, worth more than KD 10,000 in the monthly draws and more than KD 50,000 every quarter in the super draws. The first monthly draw takes place on April 28, and the first quarterly super draw is on July 28.

Members earn one prize draw entry for every KD 5 they spend at any of Alshaya’s brands*, which include H&M, Mothercare, Debenhams, Harvey Nichols, M.A.C., Bath & Body Works, P.F. Chang’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Victoria’s Secret, Boots, Pottery Barn and Kid Zania.

By presenting their app or card every time they shop, Club members will start receiving personalis­ed offers based on their favourite brands and preference­s.

“We each like different foods, clothes, and places to shop. With over 70 brands in our portfolio, we can offer our customers the widest choice of brands and experience­s to suit their different preference­s. Celebratin­g the customers’ individual­ity, and rewarding them, is what the PRIVILEGES CLUB is all about,” said Rigby.

Plans are already underway to launch PRIVILEGES CLUB in other markets in the Middle East, including the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. Club members will then be able to earn rewards wherever they shop across the GCC.

By signing up for the PRIVILEGES CLUB, members get:

• to know about events, promotions and offers first.

Customers who use the app can unlock even more benefits: they can track and access their rewards instantly, and get news from their favourite brands.

Monthly Draw: 1x KD 2,000; 1 x KD 1,500; 3 x KD 1,000; 5 x KD 500; 10 x KD 200.

Super Draw: 1x KD 15,000; 3 x KD 7,500; 5 x KD 5,000.
