Sheikh Talal organises World Down’s syndrome Day in Khaldiya
Under the auspices of the President of Kuwait Olympic Committee and Kuwait Football Federation Sheikh Dr Talal Al-Fahad, Diwan Al-Qadsiya Fans Club Saturday organized an event to mark World Down’s syndrome Day at the headquarters of Down’s syndrome Society in Khaldiya.
Sheikh Talal ensured he participated in several activities of the day and also patronized an exhibition where the works of children with Down’s syndrome were displayed.
Other personalities at the event included Dean of Activities and Students Welfare at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) and Director General of West Asian Athletics Union Dr Hussein Al-Makimi, with the National Football Coach Mohammad Ibrahim and several other media and sporting figures in the country.
