KUWAIT CITY, May 25: A police lieutenant, whose identity has not been disclosed, is arrested by the police for harassing and attempting to kidnap an unidentified woman, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, the arrest came after someone called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior.

The arrest came after someone posted a video clip of the man molesting one of his pupils.
During interrogation the man has admitted to the charge. The teacher is being interrogated and faces deportation if found guilty.
