KUWAIT CITY, July 12: Ahmadi securitymen arrested two GCC nationals for kidnapping a girl.

While on duty in Mahboula, the securitymen noticed the erratic movement of a vehicle so they signaled for the driver, a GCC national, to stop for routine inspection. When they asked the driver to present his identification documents, the officers noticed he had companions – another GCC national and a girl. The officers then asked the suspects what is the name of the girl but they responded erroneously. The officers repeated the question and this time the girl begged them to save her. Upon hearing her, the driver of the vehicle sped off.

The officers chased the vehicle which rammed into another car along the Coastal Motorway. This resulted in the arrest of the suspects who were referred to Fintas Police Station for the necessary legal measures.

Many arrested:

Security operatives arrested a group of individuals for various criminal and civil offenses in an operation led by Hawalli security chief Brigadier Abdeen al-Abdeen.

A security source said the officers arrested a Syrian expatriate evading three years imprisonment sentence, along with two Iranians and a Pakistani expatriate involved in financial offenses.
