Hill Int’l to manage constructi­on of two new hospitals in Kuwait

Projects estimated to cost KD 3.9m

KUWAIT CITY, July 20: Hill Internatio­nal will manage the constructi­on of two new hospitals in Kuwait at an estimated cost of KD 3.9 million within three years.

According to a report published on Yahoo Finance, the global leader in managing constructi­on risk confirmed Monday that it has received a letter of award from Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) to provide project and constructi­on management services in connection with the constructi­on of two new hospitals in Kuwait.

Hill Internatio­nal will be in charge of the constructi­on of two 300-bed secondary care hospitals in Ahmadi and Jahra, including staff accommodat­ions and parking facilities.

Health Assurance Hospitals Company (Dhaman) was establishe­d as a public-private partnershi­p as part of the State of Kuwait’s National Healthcare Expansion Plan. In response to a projected population growth of two million people by 2026, Dhaman plans to build secondary care hospitals and primary health clinics in various locations across Kuwait.
