The menu is available for a limited time only and offers a variety of seafood dishes made from the finest Indian spices. Indulge in variety of delicious seafood dishes available until September 2016.
Seafood lovers can feast on the unforgettable flavors of the restaurants signature “Tandoori Lobster” marinated with garlic, ginger, lemon and tandoori spices or indulge in the “Jumbo Prawn Biryani” made with king prawns, fragrant basmati rice, saffron, spices and caramelized onions.
Zafran will delight guests with classic seafood dishes specially prepared with local palates in mind whilst using the freshest ingredients. Some of the interesting dishes on the menu include the “Seafood Soup” flavored with cinnamon and saffron, “Fish Chutney Tikka” - fish fillet marinated with lemon, fresh coriander, ginger, garlic, cooked in a tandoor and not to miss the “Jhinga Anari” which is king prawn marinated with lemon, cheese, pomegranate and char-grilled in a tandoor.
The Seafood Sensation menu is packed with flavors and Zafran uses only the freshest and finest seafood. The menu is available for a limited time from 15 July to 30 September 2016.
