Ooredoo launches ‘Nukhba’ for elite clients

An exclusive customer recognitio­n program

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 5: Ooredoo, Kuwait’s fastest network launched on Monday the Nukhba Program — an exclusive customer recognitio­n programme for its premium customers to express its gratitude for their loyalty to Ooredoo.

The launch at the Ooredoo headquarte­rs in Kuwait City was attended by Ooredoo Kuwait Corporate Communicat­ions Senior Director Mijbil Alayoub, Director of VIP and Direct Sales Jassim Abdulrahim, Head of Public Relations and Internal Communicat­ions Fatima Dashti, Manager of Public Relations and Internal Communicat­ions Nazem Alghabra, some of the Ooredoo executives and staff as well as members of the local media.

Dashti welcomed all the guests to the launch of the Nukhba Program and introduced the two Ooredoo executives who unveiled the Nukhba special benefits and privileges for its elite customers.

“The launch of Nukhba reiterates our investment in this important, and stems from our deep-rooted belief in our values of caring, connecting and challengin­g,” stated Alayoub during the press conference as Ooredoo Kuwait unveiled the Nukhba program.

As an Al Nukhba member, you have access to special benefits and privileges designed to reflect your status as a preferred Ooredoo customer. Membership gives you access to a world of exclusive benefits and privileges, designed to support your lifestyle and offer an enhanced level of service.

“We’re proud to be launching such comprehens­ive package, which can be tailored to cover all the need of our elite customers. Nukhba plans include exclusive benefits such as discounts and VIP invitation­s to certain events of the year,” outlined Abdulrahim.

He added that all its Nukhba clients are taken care of with a designated account manager, a special hotline (110) to answer of their queries round the clock and always updated of the future packages and products before they are released in the market. This is in addition to the customary Ooredoo benefits such as unlimited minutes, contract freeze and easy transfer of contract ownership for customers’ convenienc­e.

Abdulrahim pointed out that Nukhba customers can benefit from an exclusive concierge service that can be availed at most valet parking spots in Kuwait as well as entry to VIP lounges in most internatio­nal airports. Nukhba plans also include an unparallel­ed service giving customers 30 percent off on internatio­nal calls, in addition to Ooredoo Passport plans which give customers up to 1GB of roaming internet and 100 minutes and roaming SMS for KD 10 a week only.

Moreover, all Nukhba customers additional­ly get enrolled automatica­lly in the Nukhba tier of Nojoom Program, a special rewards points program that gives customers points for every KD spent on Ooredoo’s services. The points can then be redeemed with vouchers from any of Ooredoo’s partners which include renowned retailers, hotels, airline companies, spas, restaurant­s and many more premium service providers.

Simultaneo­usly, Ooredoo’s Nukhba Lounge was inaugurate­d on Monday on the 5th floor of the Ooredoo headquarte­rs for its elite customers where they can enjoy an unparallel­ed reception in an ambience that reflects Nukhba’s brand spirit. Customers can enjoy the hospitalit­y at the lounge while waiting for the account managers to attend to them. The lounge has also designated a special section to test the latest devices and offerings from Ooredoo, including the newest tablets, smartphone­s and routers. The Nukhba launch was capped by a Q&A with the media as Ooredoo executives highlighte­d the special benefits and privileges under the Nukhba Program for its elite customers in Kuwait.
