Veteran athlete dies:

The demise of the veteran Kuwaiti athlete, one of the founders of Al-Shabab Sports Club and former secretary of Kuwaiti and Asian basketball unions Saleh Habib shocked the sports sector of the country, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The deceased was known for his outstanding and distinguished administrative capabilities in the history of Kuwaiti sports. He was also known for his great contributions for developing administrative work in the basketball union. Municipality to pay bonuses: Excellent performance bonuses will be disbursed to the employees of Kuwait Municipality before May, reports Al-Rai daily quoting a reliable source from the municipality.
