‘Greater Israel’ plan not dead

-

“IN OUR world, there are those who won big businesses, some monarchs and presidents of countries and these people draw schemes to promote wars in various parts of the world to impose their domination in the relevant countries with one eye on the wealth of these countries,” columnist Mohammad

Al-Mulla wrote for Al-Shahed daily. “Apart from the above, there are some prominent families from those who are involved in supporting some presidents in a bid to propel the latter to presidential office to upstage their own interests and the activities of their major companies.

“As a matter of fact all wars which currently take place in the Middle East region are actually fought for domination of this part of the world by great powers topped by the United States of America — the domination of weak countries in this part of the world including the Arab countries and fighting the States which oppose this domination.

“Not just that these wars actually fall within the old scheme which was woven against the Arab and Muslim countries to reform the Arab world. In this context, we cite the ‘Arab Spring’ in some Arab countries.

“It is obvious these events were actually aimed at cementing the existence of Israel and enabling the latter to expand at the expense of Arab territories. We are fully aware the leaders of International Zionism are still dreaming and looking forward to the establishment of what they call ‘The Greater Israel’. This Zionist vision is also supported by the owners of the big banks and international oil firms.

“This support is actually aimed at keeping the Arab oil flowing to the relevant Zionists at a cheaper rate. In other words, the development of the supporters (banks or firms) is linked to Israel’s existence and schemes which were mostly drawn up for the sake of weakening the Arab nation.

“In this connection, we say all the relevant data emphasizes this significant Zionist influence in the US security apparatuses in general and in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in particular.

“In this context, we cite a statement that was issued by the US Democrat Jim Moran who was quoted as saying ‘Were it not for the tremendous support extended by the Jewish community to the US war on Iraq, we would never wage a war on that country’.

“He added ‘the leaders of the Jewish community enjoy significant influence in the United States of America enough to enable them change the US policy and I think they should use their influence to achieve this change’.

“It is needless to say the Moran statement signifies the domination and influence by the Zionists on the US-decision making process, in particular the Zionist lobby in Washington which is well-known to everybody because some members of the lobby currently occupy significant positions in the decision-making process.

“Jim Moran had in 2003 once again said that the US war on Iraq was schemed by twenty-five US neo-conservative thinkers, most of them Jews.

“In conclusion, I would like to draw the attention of the Arab nations that anyone who believes that Israel has relinquished its dream of building ‘The Greater Israel’ is definitely mistaken, because this is an old dream seen by the pioneers of the Zionist movement and they are still striving to translate this dream into a reality.

“Apart from the above, we would like to bring to the notice of the Arab nation that a big strategy has been drawn up for a new map of the Middle East including the Arabian Gulf. Hence, we must hasten to unify our ranks as one nation to counter the big Zionist scheme.

“We pray to Almighty Allah to protect the State of Kuwait.”

“It looks like the former US president Barack Obama had followed a strategy to counter the Chinese influence in the world motivated by his conviction that this endangers American interests just like the Russians fear Western Europe,” columnist

Nafeeah Al-Zowayed wrote for Al-Qabas daily. “As a matter of fact, the Americans since the beginning of this century believe that Israel is no longer one of their political priorities to such an extent some of them no longer believe in this strange entity (Israel) which they have planted in the Middle East for the sake of protecting Western interests in general and that of the US in particular.

“Yes, we have to concede that there are some simple differences between Israel and the US on some details and these could be actually attributed to the arrogance of Israel and its unstudied behavior.

“In spite of the above, the secret reality shows neither the Obama administration nor its predecessor is thinking of giving up on Israel, rather Washington will go ahead in supporting the latter, but it is needless to say the US is currently striving to consecrate its efforts to solidify its influence in East Asia and the world at large.

“In this connection, we say in spite of the augmentation of the Chinese economic and military influence, we say America is upset and as a result Washington has embraced East Asia by weaving military coalitions and economic ties in that part of the world.

“However, this US policy persisted up to the end of Obama’s administration and coming to power of Donald Trump who at the moment is striving to create a strong US presence throughout the world by curbing the Chinese influence by all means, particularly on the commercial front.

“Apart from the above, the administration of Trump is seemingly determined to support Israel and its position in the Middle East. We know that the latter looks like an ‘orphan’ without American support.

“Hence we found Washington has given the green light for Tel Aviv to practice its terrorism, murder and persecution of the Palestinians in addition to building the Jewish settlements on Palestinian lands and eventually keeping the entire world busy by this thorn (Israel) which has been planted in the side of Palestine and the Middle East for the sake of protecting US interests in the Arab world either through the oil flow or through the use of Arab waterways.

“Given the above, we infer that it is impossible to see Washington turning its back on Tel Aviv, because everybody should keep in mind that this will mean the end of the United States of America as a superpower and simultaneous the downfall of Israel.”

“Democracy is described as the best of bad regime systems known to humanity,” Salah Al-Sayer wrote for Al-Anba daily.

“This description is sound and valid. Humanity has made sure of its validity in advanced societies. In fact, humanity has become the hallmark of the democratic system through which people obtained luxurious benevolences. However, in societies where corruption, fanaticism and hatred culture are dominant, we discovered that the definition of democracy there is “the worst of good systems”.

“If you want to harm a society, involve it in the practice of savage and barbarous democracy which transforms ballot boxes into “Pandora’s Box”. As per Greek mythology, it is from the Pandora’s Box that all diseases, dangers and disadvantages emerge to storm the society.

“People practice democracy with an attitude that ignores the real democratic principles and hates freedoms.”

“We have been criticizing the steps made by the government concerning economic reform and its inverted priorities. It began with collection of funds from those with the least capacity and are most needed in the society,” Abdulmohsen Jumaa wrote for Aljarida daily.

“However, this does not mean everything proposed by the government is wrong or everything approved by the MPs is true and beneficial to the country. The proposal accredited by parliament’s Economic and Financial Affairs Committee for amending the articles of Public Authority of Social Affairs’ law to reduce the retirement age to 50 years for men and 45 years for women seems disastrous.

“The strange thing is that this decision, irrespective of its serious financial implications, came at a time when all official, parliamentary and popular sectors of the state are busy with serious discussions concerning amendment of population structure, impacts of ongoing import of expatriate laborers on the national economy, public utilities and services in the country. The Financial Committee of the parliament, which is considered one of the most important technical committees of the parliament, decided on the proposal for referring tens of thousands of highly-experienced Kuwaitis for retirement. This will definitely result in negative effects in Kuwait socially and economically.

“There is no social insurance system in the world that recommends retirement age to be less than 60 years for either men or women except for some very limited exceptions.”

“Since the fall of Baghdad followed by ascendance to the throne by Iran’s loyalists in Iraq, the Iranian nightmare has been following us. It deprived us of sleep during the era of Obama administration, thinking that the Americans have forsaken their allies in favor of the deal or the supposed policeman of the region,” Mohammad Al-Ruwaihil wrote for

Aljarida daily. “That seems to be reversing with the assumption of office by President Trump who has transformed our nightmare into a dream which makes us feel secure about the US policy shift towards Iran and her allies in the region.

“In reality what happened in the region was a plan drawn by Washington and Tel Aviv with the cooperation of other countries including Iran. Now the plan has achieved its goals and the old system has come back. I wrote about this two years ago but people then thought I was delusional.

“It was true when I said no president can change a policy so easily in a country with the magnitude of US to sacrifice her interests for Iran or even Arabs. I mentioned that the beneficiaries of the deal were USA, the West, Israel and Iran.

“Now, Trump is supervising the end of the play (plan) which I think will lead to a regional war – a new play which will see the US benefit economically and Israel benefit in security aspects.

“Game over for Iran and the Iranian nightmare! Another phase will begin which will witness the construction of what has been destroyed with the US and other Western companies spearheading the role. And guess what? The bills will be footed by our monies and at the expense of our future generations.

“We must look out for beneficiaries from those we have seen so far in reality, without involving feelings, dreams and delusions.”

“The mighty will of the Turkish President Recep Tayyeb Erdogan meets the wisdom and deep political experience of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah during a critical period where there is no place for the hesitant,” Dr Hamoud Al-Hattab wrote for AlSeyassah daily. “The recent events in Syria indicate that the opposition will be able to defeat the Al-Assad regime. On the other hand, Russia, with the support of the United Nations, is spreading its domination by establishing military bases in Syria. These bases have political and military power, and it seems they are intended for deciding the future of the Middle East.

“Iran seems to be in a weak position which no longer makes it capable of supporting its traditional ally in Syria. Iran is trying to cover the losses it incurred in Sham and Yemen by doing whatever it can in the Gulf countries.

“This visit of His Highness the Amir reflects the urgent need to strengthen the Turkish-Gulf relations, especially with changes in the American viewpoint concerning the secret nuclear reactors. The visit of His Highness the Amir to Turkey followed the visits of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the King of Bahrain. These visits represent the start of construction of the Gulf-Turkish wall which will bring an end to all challenges.”
